“From booking til resolution absolutely spot on service. The engineer was overqualified and therefore very well-spoken and knowledgeable in his fault-finding and parts replacement. Overall a fantastic 11/10 service from Domex.”

“I had a problem with my Miele washing machine. Even though the machine has a 10 year warranty, Miele weren't very helpful so I asked Domex to send an engineer.I had so much laundry to do, I just wanted to get it fixed quickly. & it was quicker to pay for the repair than mess about arguing with Miele. The first guy wasn't able to fix the fault but he arranged for the 2nd engineer to call & kept me informed the whole time. The 2nd engineer, Vas, came the next day & fixed the problem. Great service from both engineers. Thank you”

“Being with Donex give peace of mind knowing all my electrical appliances are insured all customer services are friendly and helpful if I didn’t have them it would cost a lot more trying to get my kitchen appliances replaced or fixed”
