Was really impressed with this company. Got a next day appointment, fees were clear and up front, and the issue with my machine was quickly found and clearly explained. Will use again!

Job Number: 24461381. Panashe arrived within 15 minutes of calling in advance to state he was on route and would be at the property shortly. He was polite, considerate and well prepared. He managed to complete the repair to Washer Dryer in a short time and did several checks to ensure the appliance was properly serviced. He demonstrated good knowledge of the care maintenance techniques to ensure my appliance would not cause any problems. Above all he provided the gold standard in completing the job. Thank you.

We were kept up to date on the day about the time the Engineer would arrive. The Engineer was very efficient, polite and friendly and sorted the problem immediately. Would definately us them again.

LG engaged this company to fix our fridge freezer. We had a shocking customer service with their head office. Ordered the wrong part TWICE. I had to wait two weeks for the new part to arrive and for an available engineer slot. The head office did not read the notes and ordered the wrong part again. When I called to arrange another appointment (and complain) the customer service was just atrocious. A very defensive, abrasive and unhelpful approach with no hint of apology for the inconvenience. We are on our fourth engineer visit and still no resolution. I do not recommend. No fault with the lovely engineers, they cannot help the incompetent office ordering the wrong parts again!

Outstanding service from Domex. I was finding it difficult to find a Smeg authorised repair service as our cooker is 17 years old. Domex came up trumps with great solutions, very fair pricing and really lovely service both by phone and in person. The engineers who came out were a real pleasure to have around. So glad we have found Domex

From the initial contact with Domex via their website I was confident in dealing with them. The fact they had their large HQ close by and were happy to disclose its address plus some great reviews just added to the impression of trust. All pre-arrival info was great and the call with a 20 minute advice that engineer was on way was ideal Our engineer (Nick) arrived with an apprentice he was supervising and passing his knowledge on to. They worked as a team with Nick anticipating what would be needed next whist still ensuring the repair was done quickly to his standards. It was great seeing a company prepared to offer training to youngsters whist monitoring that they worked to the companies high standards.

Speed,professionalism, attitude, accuracy and punctuality is what Domex service provid today to my family. We had an issue with our dishwasher and Domex send one of their engineers Boris. He was absolutely amazing! Arrived on time, provide the best service ever, fix the problem in no time and leave us happy and calm to enjoy the rest of the day. Thank you Domex!!!

Domex is our landlord approved repair services and we needed to call them to repair our washing machine. I was expecting high charges/fees, a few days wait before getting an appointment. Yet, I was able to get a same day appointment bookable directly on their very user friendly website; there's no quote, just a fixed transparent price; tracking of the appointment time status. Josh from Domex was very helpful, punctual, professional and explained what happenu, why and how to try and prevent the ossue from happening.

Called Dome for appt which was made for 4 days time they called me later to say engineer was in area could he come in 30 mins he turned up and hopefully problem solved
