“Very unhappy with doggie Solutions. They have not delivered my regular order of dog food. Ordered on 5th JULY and still not delivered. Its been 12 days and unable to contact the. Telephone number not recognised automated message we send have been rejected. Money paid when ordered anyone know how to make contact as I need refund. Just rang number 1273 612807 it's an invalid number worring!”

“The bed itself is perfect toy fine - however the incorrect colour bed as sent to us - we ordered grey and we were sent green. We have messaged the company twice but have had NO response”

“Hi, all other items are great, one of the dog leads doesn’t light up, probably cost more in postage to return so we didn’t return, all others items were great as usual. Thanks Daren”

“Beware loose screws!! The frame itself was easy to put together. It's a nice size and height for a large dog BUT the screws that hold it together come loose and need tightening daily! It's a hassle. I could try and glue them but might experience problems if I need to replace the cover.”

“The tub arrived broken but with the packaging intact. It therefore appears that the tub was damaged before being packaged and sent out. I gaffer taped the damage up to stop any more of the product being lost so if I take a photo, all you will see is the gaffer tape. The after care and follow up were however exceptionally good so I would order again.”

“I found it frustrating not being able to contact you by phone. I wanted to talk to somebody. I understand Doggie Solutions is no longer in the Newhaven area so maybe the phone number has been changed? So I took a guess as to what to buy. The product was what sold it to me not the company. I haven’t found a collar or harness that fits my dog better than yours. The last set has lasted 8 years.”

“Plastic is not as strong as one we bought years ago in Australia. I bought it for a cat, I think it would be strong enough for a small dog, but really for the money, I'd expect a bit better strength and quality. I'm not going to be using it for air travel, purely for going to the vet, cattery etc. I really don't like the metal windows. I feel the space at the side a cat, and possibly a small dog, could easily try to paw through the space. If I wanted one for air travel, I'd certainly look around to see if there was anything better.”

“This collar works really well to ensure my collie x hound does not chase deer. 99% of the time only the beep warning is required. What lets the collar down is that it uses a lot of battery power, even when disconnected when not in use, and it only lasts for 18-24 months before breaking. I am on my 3rd one now!”
