Very unhelpful company. I bought an item of clothing for my dog and the dimensions of it were different to what was advertised online but they didn’t want to know. Most unhelpful and i wouldn’t shop there again.

Ordered something for my dog but the dimensions of the item I got a compared to the dimensions online were completely wrong. I contacted them to let them know but they were completely uninterested. Said I could sort out a return myself. No apology or offer of trying to help rectify the situation even though it was their mistake. With customer service like that I would advise you to avoid this company and shop elsewhere.

Impossible to contact the company. They don’t reply to emails and don’t have a phone number. I can’t recommend them.

I ordered a dog toy on the 26 th of August. As yet i have still not received it. Information on the site says if ypy have not received it within 15 working days contact customer services. I have done this ( 25 working days later) and have been told it can take weeks and weeks for it to arrive. Which it definitely does not make clear on the website. I have asked for a refund but this has not been issued. The worst internet shopping experience I have had.

Dog food has been out of stock now in all sizes for two weeks with no mention online of when it will be available so will have to shop elsewhere.

What can I say, shoddy company… I never received my product.. It got lost at Evri, so I contacted the company numerous of times, to let them know, to get in touch with Evri to sort it, and never heard anything.. Now in dispute for my refund.. Will never trust this company again..

I bought this for our car. While the product is fine the customer service is terrible. I wanted to exchange the product for a smaller size and emailed them 3 times using the customer service link and didn't have any replies. Very sad and disappointing. If you know exactly what you need then it's fine. If there is a risk that you may need to exchange or return then I don't recommend jt.

Beds were too large and I wanted to exchange for a smaller size - sent numerous emails which bounced back and sent details via their online messenger but nothing so haves beds that are no good for me (albeit my fault) and purchased new ones from elsewhere- very disappointed at lack of communication or being able to make contact at all - would not purchase from them again

Ordered a vest for my Rottweiler, order went through smoothly but as the item did not turn up I just emailed and asked if they could give me Evri's tracking number so I could just see where the item was. I got an email back saying it was obviously lost so they had issued a refund as they no longer had the item I had ordered in stock. I emailed back and said I would rather have the tracking number and chase the item myself to which the reply was they did not have one. Anyone that uses Evri knows that all their parcels have a tracking number which makes me believe that the item was never posted. I feel I was let down by their lack of customer care and so sadly will never use this company again.

I received notification that the item was despatched, but two weeks later the item hadn’t arrived. The tracking number tracked to Royal Mail which was not recognised. I queried with Doggie Solutions where the item is, and they told me the item was despatched using Evri and they provided me with the link to Evri. Evri is notoriously bad, everybody knows this; I don’t know why retailers still use them! Doggie Solutions could have tracked it for me and told me the status. Evri’s website did not hold any tracking information either, it just said they were still awaiting the item. I queried this with Doggie Solutions too. Instead of reassuring me that they were investigating with Evri, they just simply offered me a refund and told me to place the order again. They could have despatched the item again but didn’t. Before I agreed to have the money refunded, they refunded it anyway. Fair enough, I have my refund, but the level of customer service is very poor. They don’t seem bothered that an item has gone missing, and they made no attempt to track it down. I won’t bother ordering from Doggie Solutions again.
