“Ordered wrong size and not the harness dog coat! Then realised there is no free returns so had to pay to return unwanted item. Now waiting for replacement, correct size and spec coat! I really hope it is as described so can keep this one. Service was prompt and helpful so now just keeping my fingers crossed.”

“Wonderful bed. Very practical and comfortable. My dog, a Dalmatian spent an hour looking at it and looking at me as if I had gone mad producing a new bed, but once she tried it she loved it and won’t get out of it now! Have vacuumed it (Dalmatian hairs being very problematic,) but haven’t hosed it yet. Also it is substantial but light enough for travel.”
