“If you can buy the product elsewhere do. I have been online shopping for over a decade and never in that time have I experienced such a lack of professionalism or customer care. I am a firm believer that if you can't say anything good say nothing but when you have to quote trading standards to get a company to deal with things I am making an exception.”

“Extremely helpful and friendly staff went out of thier way on phone to measure dog beds for me! Needed to replace my dogs existing bed as he had had it a long time and As my dogs bed had no size inside they talked me through on phone how to measure . They found they had the exact bed for him and size and had it all ready for me. Highly reccomend . Thankyou very much.”

“I love the crate, easy to assemble except you have to work it out because instructions inaccessible til you’ve worked out how to open it up! Hook is completely in the way under the door, dog keeps tripping on it. I’m going to have to remove it and use a bungy for transporting.”

“Seems good quality BUT extremely noisy and after a week neither dog (german shepherd & akita / Rottweiler mix) is prepared to use it sadly. Consider carefully before you buy!”
