“I would have given a higher mark had the courier (Yodel from memory) delivered my purchase to the address on the packet. It was instead dropped at an unoccupied 'Coach House' 2 miles away in a different postcode area. My home is also called 'The Coach House' but the error is inexcusable since our postcode covers a very tight group of only a dozen houses.”

“I have a Citroen Picasso C3 and although the gadget is an excellent concept and it worked well. I was unable to release the latch holding it. Had to drive home with an open boot until I could get some tools to release it. I don’t know if it was the device too thick for my car or maybe my latch was faulty. I still think the idea is very good but not sure if I will use it again”
