“Good automated service tracking order but showed as completed and despatched on 29th August stating Courier method of delivery, but in fact sent 2nd class post and took until Friday 7 September to arrive. Quality and print good and clear but poor design.Tag needs to be curved to go on collar and its just flat. Previous one I bought from a different supplier curved to fit the collar and more comfortable on dog's neck”

“Well made only one flaw The front door space is very low and much lower than the side door. As I use the cage in the car my dog has to get in and our through the front door and catches his back because of the low height A real pity in an otherwise excellent product!”

“this product is fantastic when it works but waterproof is in doubt. Customer service is very patchy, reluctant to honour the guarantee. When something goes wrong it's up to the customer to pay the cost of returning, £7 on average. still waiting for a replacement after nearly 5 weeks. We were told that it's out of stock yet they say if you buy one you can have next day delivery. NOT HAPPY”

“Cage okay, and staff friendly and helpful, but took a couple of attempts to deliver correct item and used a useless delivery company which did not help matters. Ordered my second cage from elsewhere and it was an effortless and speedy transaction! Sorry but will not use Doggie Solutions again as now put off.”

“They were very greasy and fatty and had small bones in them. Unfortunately, i threw them away as I thought they were too dangerous to give to my dogs. Cavachon and Bichon/Jack Russell cross. Nice idea, but would have preferred pigs ears.”

“The only negative regarding the dog harness is it isn't the size it says it is on the website. It is much smaller. The measurements they give on the website are not the same as what the actual harness measures when you get it. My dog measures 35cm round his neck and I can only just get it over his head and that is with the next size up after I returned the first one. I even had to extend the strap to its fullest to get it fastened round his chest. The neckstrap does not alter which is a shame. I've only scored it low because of the sizing but the quality and customer service is excellent.”

“I ordered these out of sheer desparation and as a last resort to keep dogs amuzed and happy...they are very bad for them; dye; glue and all manner of unpleasant chemicals in them. IT IS TIME THE PET INDUSTRY WOKE UP AND STARTING SELLING CHEWS WITHOUT ALL THE HARMFUL INGREDIENTS!!! They will only have one now and then; until I can find a healthier alternative; long lasting chew NOT FULLL OF CHEMICALS AND GLUE AND DYE ETC”

I have contacted the manufacturer and distributor about the rawhide chews. They have both confirmed that these are natural chews made from virgin rawhide and are free of glue and dyes. They are 99.9% rawhide and 0.1% beef flavour. I hope you find this helpful.
