The harness arrived with an opened envelope and took over a week to arrive. After paying for a courier.

The product is not as expected. I bought the extra large 'Buster' dog mattress for my arthritic German Shepherd. Although it appears to be very cushioning, in fact when you press down on it, it forms a very hard solid base. The mattress itself is not one continuous piece, it comprises five separate channels which are stuffed with lots of bits of foam(presumably) and there is no stuffing where the stitching is to create the channels. The cover is very thin and the weight of the product is very, very heavy. Although I bought the product knowing its dimensions (120cm x 100cm) a more suitable size for my big GSD would have been 120cm x 80cm, in reality it protrudes into the room far more than I expected. I want to return this product but the box/packaging it came in is of no use as the bed is heavily vacuum packed and is now 5-6 times bigger than the box.

Items ordered and payed for and then we were told by e-mail that when they went to pick them in the warehouse the cupboard was bare , no alternative was offered only a full refund,

Paid for earlier delivery even though I could have waited for a later delivery I had bought enough for free delivery. When my order didnt turn up on the day mentioned I rang the next day and was told that I had changed my delivery date which was certainly not true. I was told that my order was not even on the van for the next day. As there seemed to be no guarantee when I would actually receive my goods, I cancelled. I am still waiting for my refund which includes my goods and the extra money I paid for delivery

Was able to add an item to the cart, checkout and pay. It took 5 days before I got an email saying the item could not be shipped to Australia. Why is Australia an option in the country drop down box? I have just checked the website and I can still purchase the same item to be sent to Australia. I did however receive a full refund promptly. I just don't understand why shipping to Australia is not an option in 2017.

Ordered 2 Skinneeez Plus Hedgehogs because they have 2 squeaky parts. Arrived today and both have failed to squeak in the body. They rattle as if they have fallen apart. It says on the packaging will still squeak if punctured !!!! Total waste of money.

The postage is far too expensive, and as the item did not fit my dog I would have had to pay 3 amounts of postage to get a replacement, this should be stated when ordering. The neck on the dog safety car harness was far too small to fit over my dogs head and not at all adjustable,

Ordered a bed for my dog, when it arrived I realised it was not big enough, rang your customer services and explained that I would like to exchange for a larger one, to be told I would have to buy an other one and I would have to get my own courier to pick the small one up and when they receive it they would refund the money. I was not impressed.

At least one third of the twists were so thin. That's not what I paid for. This has been happening for the last two years. If you're charging for 9mm twists then make sure that's what you're supplying.

Damaged in transit, doors and catches bent up and out of shape. I contacted immediately and asked for support, was asked for pictorial evidence which has been sent, no response.... avoid! Seemed like a good price but you get what you pay for right?!

The chews them selves are great but the packaging arrived all ripped with the chews all loose in a jiffy bag. I thought that was poor and when I counted the number of chews there 3 short. It appears I got fobbed off with a seconds for the price of a new packet. I think I should of been offered the choice of a new packet or a seconds packet rather than just what they have left on the shelf.

Not doggie solutions fault , but the items I ordered were too small! According to the measurements they should of fitted but in actual fact I needed the next size up! When I returned the items back to Doggie solutions I had to pay over £12 to return them! I have since bought a similar item at Pets At Home! Will never use Doggie Soloutions again simply for their returns policy!

Quick delivery but the tag itself is poor. It's very weak and flimsy just putting it on the collar the end has nearly snapped completely off so won't be able to use as it will be sharp if the end parts completely snap off.

The toy was bought to replace one that my eight month old Dachshund had got when we first got him at 12 weeks old. He loved it but has buried it in the garden and we cant find it. The replacement was not as robust has his original and the plastic seemed more rigid. The toy snapped within 2 days and has had to be thrown away. I am not sure if it was a fault in the manufacture or the change in the plastic. I would not recommend this toy as my puppy started to choke on the piece that broke off and I had to dislodge it from his throat. Very disappointing purchase.
