“Thank you for being so kind as regards replacing the Babble ball, free. She loves it. I think it might have been, the fact that the 1st. ball was just wrapped in bubble wrap, and in a soft bag. This one came with bubble wrap and in a box. and was just the job. Wii keep you in mind in future. Many thanks.”

“Sadly I found this company to be very unhelpful when I ordered a bed that didn’t match the description. I wanted to return the beds and they would not arrange collection or pay for the return despite the product being listed as the wrong colour. The beds were nice, albeit the wrong colour.”
