“Early days but improvement on stopping my dogs constant barking.”

“I had these for my dogs for 7 years. I just replaced them for moving house. In 7 years a little bit of the white coating came off but this did not affect my details. I would highly recommend them for price size and lasting power.”

“Exactly as described and delivered when they said. Wasn't a great deal of packaging to protect the item and the box was slightly torn when it arrived but luckily no damage to the item as its a dog crate so quite robust.”

“The cage is good and strong but the buckle bit where it fastens is very cheap and broke after a few days :( it would be worth making all the parts as strong and sturdy as the cage.”

“Have always been pleased with the service I have received from Doggie Solutions. Ordered the giant Skineeez Fox as these toys are the only ones my dog doesn’t destroy instantly. Got. Call the next day from DS customer care apologising as out of stock but suggesting the Giant Racoon instead which came by return.”

“Even though the measuring instructions stated it would fit my dogs box at 72cm across the base of the box. The product was far too small, I called to query but was told I could only get a replacement if I paid the full amount to send back. Not a great replacement system v’s others in the same field”

“I like this doggie mattress and my dog thinks its comfy too but its so narrow, the length is perfect 19 inches but it needs to be at least 2/3inches wider to fit the bed, I fill in the gap with her blanket which is not ideal. Please also put the width on your descriptions, maybe Danish dogs have narrower beds! Good product and well made and very clearly great to lie on if your a dog.”

“Doggie Solutions are an appalling company who refused to refund my money after their Masterplus collar broke after just 5 days use. The cost to me was 169.99. Take my advice and do not buy anything from them”

“I bought a large crate mat and I’m not disappointed. It has a fleece topping and elastic aged corners to fit to the bottom of the crate. It fitted perfectly! My puppy is very comfortable in her crate with this added for more comfort.”
