“The item was discontinued but it was still advertised in the site. I had to email Doggie Solutions to find out why I had been refunded. Not impressed I am afraid”

“The main item that I needed for my dog, the Extreme All Weather boots, scored off my delivery note. When I rang to ask about it I was told they were out of stock but were still showing on their website and it allowed me to order, and pay, for them. Disappointed.”

“Ordered Buster winter coat for my Staffie X, as we know these dogs have very deep chests, this coat fits perfectly, Doggie Solutions didn’t have preferred colour wanted, so was offered alternative colour which I decided on, 2 days later it arrived, very pleased with service I received, well done Doggies/ solutions.”

“The new dog tag I ordered arrived and I was disappointed with the finish. The engraving was very shallow (almost scratch depth) and the tag had not been polished. The letters were not centered. It had a matt or dull finish. I spent 20 minutes polishing it with metal polish - which made adifference. Poor - yes !”
