“Sadly I ordered the wrong one, I was most impressed by delivery of that one. But I ordered another one the size smaller and agreed to a refund for the bigger one, I re-ordered the smaller size and paid by card so that I would get it quicker and I returned the larger one but don’t seem to have had the refund either. I did agree all this on the telephone so I thought we were quite clear on what would happen. Obviously there has been a mix-up. Regards Bunty Horton”

“Amazing product and amazing customer service. I ordered two dogs coats but once I had placed order realised I had ordered one in the wrong size. I made contact and the size was changed and even the colour so I had two the same but different sizes. The dogs love them and have made good use of them in the recent wet weather. I would highly recommend this company to any dog lovers, excellent company to deal with.”

“The soft toy was great with no stuffing but I do not like the toys with squeakers I case the dogs swallow them. You did not list them as having them in them.”

“Ordered 23 dog bowls, was tolled there was only 6 in stock i said forward them on and send remainder when stocks come in, delivery driver arrived with my order and gave me the wrong parcel and left my parcel in his van, on opening my parcel when finally getting it there was only 5 bowls, not 6 as i was tolled, on inspection 3 of the bowls was damaged bents in them so i returned them, and cancelled the remaining order.”
