“Ordered the same dog harness twice with several months apart and on both occasions your website allowed me to order it, pay for it only to be told a week later it’s out of stock and you’ll be refunding my money! Why don’t you put out of stock on your website if you don’t have any?? Frustrated customer.”

“It does enable me to help get a through flow of air, as I have also bought a battery-powered fan. I do suggest that future purchasers read the instructions first, though, as I couldn't work out how to open the boot when it was unlocked!”
