“Cardboard box was a bit battered and opened due to movement via transit but the kennel was in 100% perfect order. It was an excellent idea to tape screws to kennel as had they not been, they would have been lost. Thank you for an excellent quality product.”

“Extremely disappointed that you were unable to ship to my location in NIreland after being told by a lovely lady that payment was processed and it would be dispatched the following day however then to be emailed 4days later to be told NO!!! So still out of pocket waiting on refund!!!!”
