“My dog loves a certain toy. He gnaws at them until they are small and so I have to hunt for more. Bought a couple from an online shop (along with a lead) and all that turned up was the lead and a note that said the toys - which were what I really wanted - weren't in stock! Didn't contact me beforehand. So, I searched again and found Doggie Solutions and - THEY DELIVERED (literally). So, thank you, DS. I thank you and my dog thanks you.”

“I was so excited to receive the notice my order was shipped, still no sign of the product. The customer team got in touch and unfortunately it appears tge products have got lost in transit. Unfortunately they are now out of stock so have received a refund.”

“Very happy with the product I have bought from you. It arrived fast but the only issue I had was the packed was completely opened at the top? and the post office had put it in a plastic bag to stop the two products I ordered from falling out! Can’t really understand how it was opened or if everything that you had put in for to me was included. No invoice /receipt.”

“Great product and my dog loves it - he settles well on this bed. One small point, the bed does twist when you lift it to move it. I think the thread isn't very good on the fixings.”

“Bought the towel robe for my Labrador, it was the large size, however although very well made and practical found not long enough in the body once head end in place, she is not a big lab 30kls. So to put the elastic around her back legs became a straight jacket that she wasn’t comfortable with,therefore don’t fix the elastic, meaning her back end needs to be dried with another towel, X-Large might have solved it.”

“I have used Doggie Solutions several times. Their products are good however on my last purchase there was a problem it did not arrive at all. I was informed orders were taking longer than usual due to covid but on this occasion it did not arrive at all. Another disc was raised and engraved and sent out to me again and I received it. Helpful service.”

“Easy to order and fast delivery. The parcel was damaged on delivery and I didn’t open the parcel straight away but one can was damaged and empty. I didn’t contact the company as I put the parcel aside so wasn’t fair two weeks later to complain. I would use them again (my own fault I didn’t check the parcel) Thank you very much.”
