“Excellent company to buy from and kind as well, when I bought my equipment as a first time buyer I forgot to take advantage of the %-off offer yet they sorted it and refunded me. Not all companies will do that”

“Ordered something for my dog but the dimensions of the item I got a compared to the dimensions online were completely wrong. I contacted them to let them know but they were completely uninterested. Said I could sort out a return myself. No apology or offer of trying to help rectify the situation even though it was their mistake. With customer service like that I would advise you to avoid this company and shop elsewhere.”
