“I ordered a dog toy on the 26 th of August. As yet i have still not received it. Information on the site says if ypy have not received it within 15 working days contact customer services. I have done this ( 25 working days later) and have been told it can take weeks and weeks for it to arrive. Which it definitely does not make clear on the website. I have asked for a refund but this has not been issued. The worst internet shopping experience I have had.”

“A really swift delivery of a large Coolaroo Raised Dog Bed. The box was damaged so we feared the worst but actually all was good. The bed was a replacement for an old one so we are experienced in putting it together. We were really pleased with the price & recommended this to someone else. Most importantly, our Boxer dog was really happy!”

“What can I say, shoddy company… I never received my product.. It got lost at Evri, so I contacted the company numerous of times, to let them know, to get in touch with Evri to sort it, and never heard anything.. Now in dispute for my refund.. Will never trust this company again..”

“Always been pleased with all my interactions with Doggie Solutions. Quick efficient delivery service and a swift and seemless returns policy. The extra large bed I ordered was exactly the same one I ordered in 2016. It was hardy wearing but comfy and served our elderly dog well for 5 years until she passed away. Even then it had life left in it.”
