“not very good I'm afraid, told me on Tuesday 20th is was ready for delivery by courier. 8 days later not arrived, courier usually 3-5 days. thanks to Clare for her help.”

Dear Antony Sorry no we don't appear to have received your email. To request an exchange simply return your unused bed with a note requesting an exchange to the size bed you require, once received we will arrange this for you and contact you for payment if there is a price difference.

“Very pleased with the Extra large size I bought as it is plenty big enough, light to move about and very good quality. Although simple to assemble, I just wish the fittings were nuts and bolts, rather than screws as it would have been easier to complete the process.”

“Excellent - ordered one to see if suitable and then promptly ordered a second one. Both our dogs love this raised bed. We have Italian Spinone avg weight 32kg and as the beds are for use in our motorhome ordered size medium. Would highly recommend. Delivery prompt.”
