“After ordering several items and on check out invoice showed free PP. Then when ordered was ready to be despatched had email asking for a £10.00 delivery charge. Which ended up in me cancelling the order. Very poor Service this would have been my second order. But I will not be using Doggie Solutions again.”

“The main item that I needed for my dog, the Extreme All Weather boots, scored off my delivery note. When I rang to ask about it I was told they were out of stock but were still showing on their website and it allowed me to order, and pay, for them. Disappointed.”

“The new dog tag I ordered arrived and I was disappointed with the finish. The engraving was very shallow (almost scratch depth) and the tag had not been polished. The letters were not centered. It had a matt or dull finish. I spent 20 minutes polishing it with metal polish - which made adifference. Poor - yes !”

“Really disappointed. Purchased a dog bed to fit into a frame. Went by the measurements given which were actually slightly bigger than the bed frame. Bed arrived, I was delighted with it when I unpacked it in the lounge. Dogs loved it. THEN popped it into the bed frame which is located in another room to discover that the size was 12 cm x 6 cm shorter than the sizes advertised. I contacted Doggie Solutions who offered a refund if was in original packaging etc etc - which obviously it wasn’t. Their reason is the cover is the size that I want but once the cushion (purchased entire bed) is fitted it brings it short...... well advertise the correct sizes as an entire bed as it’s the bed the dogs sleep on...... I now have a bed that is unsuitable and left without a bed that fits!!!!! No further communication from Doggie “Solutions” = no solution given”

“I have given this poor,the reason being that our Dogue du Beadueaux after 2-3 minutes put the flexable front paw around the muzzle haress and pulled it off. There is a design fault, it requires a loop/adjustable strap to connect onto dog collar, also the strap going to top of head is too short and it lenghtens with hardly any pull so comes undone.”

“Very disappointed not to receive this more promptly as it was ordered in time for a long trip with the dog. It took 5 days to arrive so missed our departure and we ended up having to buy another dog bed. However happy with the quality - this would have been our 3rd of the same make.”

“Needed dog cage in a hurry to collect rescue dog and ordered within their delivery time frame. Delivery arrived on time but not what was ordered. Phoned and spoke to Haley who did nothing to help get the right item to us on time even though it was their mistake. Luckily the cage arrived half an hour before we were due to collect dog but only because the courier was running early. Sadly, the cage was damaged quite badly and it is cheaply made and constructs badly but we had no choice other than to accept delivery and use it. Were given a 20% refund but that didn’t make up for truly awful ‘customer service’ and poor quality product. Oh and by the way - if you don’t like rattling and squeaky noises in the car while you’re driving, don’t buy this dog cage.”
