“Ordered a vest for my Rottweiler, order went through smoothly but as the item did not turn up I just emailed and asked if they could give me Evri's tracking number so I could just see where the item was. I got an email back saying it was obviously lost so they had issued a refund as they no longer had the item I had ordered in stock. I emailed back and said I would rather have the tracking number and chase the item myself to which the reply was they did not have one. Anyone that uses Evri knows that all their parcels have a tracking number which makes me believe that the item was never posted. I feel I was let down by their lack of customer care and so sadly will never use this company again.”

“The two crate covers are of good quality and arrived in good time. Unfortunately I misinterpreted the description as the apertures are at the side and my crates have front apertures. I really couldn't go through all the hassle of returning them so I have modified them by adding another zip. My fault for misinterpreting the description”

“I purchased the extra large coolaroo bed for my German Shepherd, it was on sale at the time for a great price and arrived sooner than expected. It's great quality but was a little bit fiddly to put together. My dog loves it! The other thing I will say is extra large is pretty big! So definitely measure the space you intend to put it in to make sure it fits”

“I received notification that the item was despatched, but two weeks later the item hadn’t arrived. The tracking number tracked to Royal Mail which was not recognised. I queried with Doggie Solutions where the item is, and they told me the item was despatched using Evri and they provided me with the link to Evri. Evri is notoriously bad, everybody knows this; I don’t know why retailers still use them! Doggie Solutions could have tracked it for me and told me the status. Evri’s website did not hold any tracking information either, it just said they were still awaiting the item. I queried this with Doggie Solutions too. Instead of reassuring me that they were investigating with Evri, they just simply offered me a refund and told me to place the order again. They could have despatched the item again but didn’t. Before I agreed to have the money refunded, they refunded it anyway. Fair enough, I have my refund, but the level of customer service is very poor. They don’t seem bothered that an item has gone missing, and they made no attempt to track it down. I won’t bother ordering from Doggie Solutions again.”

“It's okay, doesn't fit my xl bully well it's not wide enough so squishes her face at the sides, it's quite thick so rubs under her eyes and has no padding so makes her sore, I'm finding it impossible to find a muzzle for an xl bully that can fit comfortably”

“Purchased two XL dog beds. Went for XL as previously found with other suppliers that they came up smaller than expectations/advertised. But not in this case, XL would proably take a small donkey! My dogs love them and will spend many a happy hour laying out on them on the patio once the sun begins to shine. Great value for money, quick despatch, no issues. Very happy to recommend.”
