“Chose the small, brass pet ID tag. Very high quality and engraving exactly right. Delivery was quick and the price very good. It came with a "free" brass split ring (1cm) but that was virtually impossible to attach to the ID tag due to thickness of the tag, I gave up and used an alternative ring. That said, I would still recommend this tag.”

“A good service. I emailed a query about delivery as my dog tag hadn’t arrived when expected, I got a reply within 5 mins telling me when to expect the dog tag and if it wasn’t delivered to let them know and they’d send another one. The dog tag arrived 2 days later- really good quality. Great customer service”

“Arrived on time and in good condition, however, we didn't need it as our dog decided he wasn't going to lick his stitches. We can't comment on its effectiveness so we will save it for any future injuries.”

“I would have given this product 5 stars had it not been for the delivery delay. I paid for express but didn’t receive it for nearly a week!! The cover however is great. Sturdy and practical.”
