“prompt delivery and good communication however i do belive you shouldn't give customers the option of having so many lines engraved as the writting is very small and almost unreadable”

“Very good service and prices. They deliver within 2-3 days as promised. My only complaint is that I keep trying to set up an account / get “points” and after 5 years I have yet to have an account or “points” despite ordering online every 2 months”

“Neat little tags and clearly engraved. Four stars because the brass split rings are soft, so they distort easily and they are very small. The tags arrived promptly.”

“Excellent dog bowl. The only thing is, it is described as a large bowl but is not really big enough, I wish I had ordered the extra large one. When I measured I thought it would be right but it does come up smaller.”

“It was unfortunate that an item I purchased turned out to be poor quality and not fit for purpose, Doggie solutions were speedy to rectify the situation in issuing a return label. I now await a refund. I would still buy from them again in the future should I need dog products.”
