I was very disappointed with the hide chews I received. I bought the biggest ones and they were no bigger than the ones I buy in the shop and well over half were smaller than advertised. I will not be buying again

I placed the order 22nd July for delivery in 3/5 days.Mid day 2nd August, still not delivered. Never reply to emails, and after repeated phone calls, finally given a tracking number, which simply gives a delivery date, and then does not adhere to those details A completely unsatisfactory service

Product delivered quickly, however bent out of shape (there's no protection in the packaging). Emails querying how to return the damaged product have gone unresponded to for several weeks. To make matters worse, the company have opted my email address into a mailing list (there was no positive opt in when checking out on their website, in breach of GDPR) and are now spamming me virtually daily to buy more products. My recommendation would be to avoid.

Batteries were fine I paid eight pounds on a sixteen pound order for next day delivery it didn't arrive but when I booked over the phone I asked for next day was told if I paid for special delivery it would be but they refused to refund divery

The cushion and surround fabulous, however, the base absolute rubbish! A thin layer of nothing that my dog tore up by accident as he tried to rearrange his cushion. Would certainly not recommend for the money they charge. I also had to chase up the delivery as it never happened in the allocated time. The woman on customer service was rude and very unapologetic.

Really quick turnaround from order to delivery and engraved tag is of high quality. Highly recommend Doggie Solutions, would definitely buy from them again.

The pen is a good design and serves the purpose, however, the quality control is poor as two of the male locating lugs were bent and one female lug is misaligned, which prevented assembly. As the pen was needed urgently ( new puppy arriving imminently) I chose to attempt repair which appeared successful, though there was a slight crack heard, which may be the weld compromised, though it appears ok. I informed Doggie Solutions and asked for a period of grace, that if the suspect weld did fail they would replace the pen or part. This was refused unless photos of the fault was provided, which I couldn’t as there was nothing obvious to show. They also suggested I return the pen for exchange but this would have left us without a pen with the puppy arriving. So, disappointed with this company and their unhelpfulness in these circumstances.

I did not receive the Dog Farm tripe sticks, instead I received Wild bites Buffalo tripe, my dogs don’t seem to like them, very disappointed as I ordered 4 bags.

There’s no option for a zero rating as that is what it would be for this company. I’ve never received this item. It was ordered & paid for & days later after I contacted them after having no updates re dispatch of the item they advised it was out of stock & would be dispatched as soon as they received it into the warehouse. I’m yet to receive this item. The customer service is not very good at all. No updates whatsoever unless you contact them. Very poor.

Set up the collar as per instructions couldn't get it to work. Changed the battery still nothing. Rang company (on a premium line number!) 6 days ago and still no reply. When the request for a review came up I thought I'd better say I'm not impressed.
