“Initially very efficient... sadly the varukennel top was smashed in one corner. Packaging consisted of cardboard box only. Not enough protection to stop the rigid plastic box from moving about inside. Hence breakages. Rang to say what had happened. Pleased that postage and packing was refunded. However, DS knew that I needed the kennel urgently; when a replacement top was sent out to me, it took 6days to receive it. Disappointing experience.”

“Smells a lot of petrol which on rubber products usually means they are poor quality and the rubber is breaking down in the air releasing petrol fumes- which is what it is made of. Have left it out in the garden and cannot as yet use it in the dog cage. If it doesn't stop smelling I will send it back.”

“I will be happy to write a review of the dog bed, when it arrives. But in the meantime here is a picture of the first one, with two occupants, snd the new bed is for our third Labrador, plus the cat if he deigns to share.”

“My order and payment was taken immediately and despite my follow up emails I still have not received my order - two weeks later. Hermes apparently have the order and have had it since 1 June but no information on their website. I shall not be ordering again and shall advise my friends likewise.”
