“BETTER COMMUNICATION BETWEEN COURIER, DOGGIE SOLUTIONS AND CUSTOMER WOULD HELP. LIKEWISE A MORE FRIENDLIER MANNER AT THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE WOULDN'T GO AMISS DOGGIE SOLUTIONS.”

“This is the second hook-on bowl I've had from DS, which is why I re-ordered. Unfortunately this one arrived dented - as happened to another customer - so I complained and was refunded 20%. The service was good but the delivery less so.”

“Bought a premium cage and expected good quality. The cage it self is good and strong pity tray was garbage thin plastic and and it was cracked in corner so had to use own tray”

“Delivery was excellent. The cage appears to be quite well made and quite solid, with reservations about the floor and sharp edges on the name plate, which I emailed to Doggie Solutions and am awaiting a response.”

“I bought this and a fierce friends dog toy from you. They looked fun and the dogs loved then but flat mate was torn apart within minutes. The other one lasted longer but they have removed the tail and split open the head. Not so tuff to get past 2 German wire haired pointers!”

“Lovely cover, which fitted our standard medium crate very well and looks good in the corner of the kitchen. However ....after two days, our 6 month old cockerpoo puppy has still managed to chew three corners of the fabric from inside the crate - including wrecking two zips! We will now be looking for a chew-proof cover, if one exists. (It was possibly our fault for not zipping the cover down all round, as I wanted him to be well-ventilated. If the cover had fitted tightly it might have been harder for him to pull the fabric through the bars to chew on!).”

“I ahve 2 puppies so bought them one each to play with. Didn't alst more than 30 mins before the bottle was crushed and removed from the toy, they lost an ear and the rope detached”

“product (dog carrier) is not at all robust. poor quality mesh and zip - also with no proper base which I would expect. I dont expect it to last long. That said the order was delivered without delay and transaction was easy.”
