“Ordered a new dog tag from them, which unfortunately failed to arrive (it was around Christmas time). They were kind enough to refund me. A little later, it eventually turned up in the post. I offered to pay them again, and they were kind enough to refuse.”

“Don't even want to give the 1 star rating. Processed payment for a dog crate as recommended by a reputable airline pet travel firm. It didn't arrive. They claim lost in transit. No further stock available. DHL advised yesterday they were not able to collect parcel as expected as it wasn't ready for Doggie Solutions dispatch to them. DODGY probably a more apt brand name. Find another supplier.”

“Bought the towel robe for my Labrador, it was the large size, however although very well made and practical found not long enough in the body once head end in place, she is not a big lab 30kls. So to put the elastic around her back legs became a straight jacket that she wasn’t comfortable with,therefore don’t fix the elastic, meaning her back end needs to be dried with another towel, X-Large might have solved it.”
