“I bought this for our car. While the product is fine the customer service is terrible. I wanted to exchange the product for a smaller size and emailed them 3 times using the customer service link and didn't have any replies. Very sad and disappointing. If you know exactly what you need then it's fine. If there is a risk that you may need to exchange or return then I don't recommend jt.”

“Very unhappy with doggie Solutions. They have not delivered my regular order of dog food. Ordered on 5th JULY and still not delivered. Its been 12 days and unable to contact the. Telephone number not recognised automated message we send have been rejected. Money paid when ordered anyone know how to make contact as I need refund. Just rang number 1273 612807 it's an invalid number worring!”

“Handy reliable company for dog day to day items. I bought the XL raised dog bed he is a small Romanian mountain dog who weighs 35 kg,loves the bed but bed does sag a bit even at this weight but she's happy so keeping it. Now all I have to find is this of bed that will hold my Great Dane as he wants one!”

“Beds were too large and I wanted to exchange for a smaller size - sent numerous emails which bounced back and sent details via their online messenger but nothing so haves beds that are no good for me (albeit my fault) and purchased new ones from elsewhere- very disappointed at lack of communication or being able to make contact at all - would not purchase from them again”
