“HIGH VISIBILITY YELLOW DOG JACKET I bought this jacket for my dog as we walk in an area without lighting. The size and fit is good BUT IT IS PINK AND IS NOT REFLECTIVE - SO IS USELESS”

“We, or rather our greyhound, are very happy with this bed. It seems tough (durable) enough for him, keeps him wrapped around the edges and is wipe clean. We live in a muddy area. We bought it when we found him folded very tightly into a mini Shnautzer's bed over Christmas.”

“Good quality, and immediate shipping, but sizing information is inadequate, and IMHO - totally off. Made this coat unusable to me. We chose the medium based on the (minimal and barely representational - you need to say something about the chest) measurements, and the coat is way way too small. We have an 18lb 8 month Westie, just for the record. His length fit the specs, but he can barely move in the coat. The owner has commented over and over that the manufacturerer has not provided other specs. So, suggestion. Obtain one each of the sizes and measure them yourself on behalf of your clients. How hard can it be. I see that many others have had this problem. Thanks, sorry I cannot be more positive, as the coat is nice. But the shipping and service charges to Canada make the cost so high, I cannot splurge on another.”

“I’ve purchased dog crates for 5 years now, this one was not good. Dog bent the bars and escaped out of the crate. I keep looking for the heavy duty ones 5 in the catalog but not available. These are for cocker spaniel bread.”

“Absolutely awful company placed two orders and neither was dispatched which I wasn't informed of so have to chase them to ask where my item is to which they say must have been lost in the post (but got no notification to say its been dispatched ) but can't replace as out of stock. Shop elsewhere!”
