“Pawfect! A good quality product, arrived on time and as described. A little tricky to fix as the ring for fitting is very tiny. I use a harness not a collar and the D ring is quite chunky but found a solution. Very pleased would buy again and recommend to others.”

“I have no reason to question the quality of the products and the service of this company. In fact, they dealt with my purchase very efficiently and responsively. Unfortunately this involved the issuing of a refund and this is when things unravelled. I had to call/email 2 times over a 14-day period before this happened. This process resulted in my receiving a couple of officious emails from one named individual to the effect that the finance department was closed for a week. Couple with the fact that it seems impossible to come off their mailing list despite unsubscribing twice, my conclusion is that there are sufficient signs that the company is not one that I would wish to trade with again.”

“The name tag on our little collie was lost so we ordered a new one. Fantastic turn around time ordered one day and got it the next and the little !!!! dog ran off in the woods later in the day we received it, but the person who found her was able to phone and we met up. great result.”

“The parcel was delivered by Hermes, but no boot lock inside, rang Doggie Solutions, sent a couple of photo's and the lock was resent, cannot complain with this service. Boot lock works fine, give an amount of ventilation as required.”
