“very rude sales department, I just called to ask if a products was ready to ship and the man on phone was very rude very arrogant, I was ready to buy but he's way to thalk was so bad that I prefered to spend my money with another company... he should learn the respect to thalk to the people”

“I have not used DNC for some time due to an issue with a repair but for this order delivery was fast and battery had Panasonic cells not cheap Chinese ones so very satisfied.”

Hi David, Appreciate the feedback; when the post office was open across the street we were able to jiffy and ship far cheaper than the national couriers. That said we have taken on board your comment and managed to get a reduced shipping rate on very small parts. Its never going to compete with Post Office pricing of yesteryear; but we hope it makes a difference. Thanks.
