“I have not used DNC for some time due to an issue with a repair but for this order delivery was fast and battery had Panasonic cells not cheap Chinese ones so very satisfied.”

Hi Barry, thanks for your feedback on the batteries. Sorry to hear about problems with a repair in the past. Did check our repair records and could not find any obvious technical problems with the repair, but please contact us too discuss to resolve any issues.

Hi David, Appreciate the feedback; when the post office was open across the street we were able to jiffy and ship far cheaper than the national couriers. That said we have taken on board your comment and managed to get a reduced shipping rate on very small parts. Its never going to compete with Post Office pricing of yesteryear; but we hope it makes a difference. Thanks.
