“Purchase arrived within days. Unfortunately the product and packaging was damaged, however customer support were so very helpful and within hours a replacement arrived and the damaged item was collected. Customer support brilliant.”

“Independent reviews rated a DKN exercise bike very highly, the price was good so I went ahead and ordered one. It took a couple of weeks to arrive but once assembled (not too tricky) I have been very pleased with it. There was some transit damage to the base of the bike but I don't think it affects the stability of the machine? I did have a follow up question for DKN and someone replied to me within 24 hours. So, all in all, very good!”

“The instructions were not always clear and it was difficult to follow the diagrams. You do need two people to assemble this as stated.”

“Sturdy and build quality feels good. Is quiet and smooth. Build Instructions were easy enough as much of the bike is already built. Take away 1/2 a star only as I felt the Instructions on how to setup the User settings could be better. I chose this bike over the Reebok equivalent as Reeboks have quite a few negative reviews that it starts squeaking after prolonged use. Delivery was swift but was dumped on my front door step as I was out. Message I received was that delivery would be left with neighbour if not in. Another half star deducted for Delivery. Wife had to get neighbour to help her move it out the way to get into house.”

“Treadmill is a sturdy machine. Not really had it long enough to offer a rounded review but so far so good. There was an initial problem but the engineers returned quickly to sort it out.”

“The treadmill was delivered as expected without any problems. After months use a fault developed in the control unit and this was replaced by DKN engineers without delay and the treadmill has been working fine ever since.”
