“Assembly was relatively easy except I dropped a washer into the machine and it took some effort to get it to drop out. Either the gap needs top be reduced so the washer cannot fall into it, or the size of the washer to be increased. I have found that the machine is unrelaible in reading my pulse. Its reliability has improved a bit as I learn to place my hands in the correct position on the handle bars, but it is still not 100%. I have yet to use the programmes, but using it in manual mode is good enough for me at this early stage.”

“The assembly instructions are totally inadequate and do match what comes in the box - some items were already screwed together, which caused confusion. Suggest you do a you tube video to make asembly much easier. The bike itself is robust and should be fit for purpose.”

“have had bike 3 weeks and it has started to develop an intermitent clunk from rear of bike. This starts to appear after about 5 min use. At low load levels it is hardly noticeable but at higher loads eg peak of program 1 it can be quite loud. I have messaged your support team twice in the last week but they have not responded. The bike itself is very good and quiet, although saddle very uncomfortable. Due to lack of support i have marked accordingly”

“The bike itself appears to be of good quality but I have sent two email's to you with regards to the display that does not work, and I've had no reply. Please can you send me a replacement display so I can start using the bike properly. Thank you.”
