“I love this treadmill so far! I previously bought a cheap one from Amazon that was just too light and would shake when I tried to run. The DKN treadmill is solid, I feel safe using it.”

“Bought a exercise bike around 2 years ago and after abour 2 months it broke down. Give the people their due - a new bike was sent out. Now as it approches the 2 year mark the bike is showing signs of the bearings failing. Sent numerous emails to DKN customer service requesting info re anyone around the Glasgow area that can come and change bearings or can I buy a bearing set and required tool (remove pedal drives) so I can change them myself but after waiting weeks they have not replied once to my many emails, so from going from 5 stars with the intial bike replacement I will never buy another piece of equipment from them - very disappointed”

“The assembly instructions are totally inadequate and do match what comes in the box - some items were already screwed together, which caused confusion. Suggest you do a you tube video to make asembly much easier. The bike itself is robust and should be fit for purpose.”

“Sturdy and build quality feels good. Is quiet and smooth. Build Instructions were easy enough as much of the bike is already built. Take away 1/2 a star only as I felt the Instructions on how to setup the User settings could be better. I chose this bike over the Reebok equivalent as Reeboks have quite a few negative reviews that it starts squeaking after prolonged use. Delivery was swift but was dumped on my front door step as I was out. Message I received was that delivery would be left with neighbour if not in. Another half star deducted for Delivery. Wife had to get neighbour to help her move it out the way to get into house.”

“I contacted three separate firms regarding a treadmill, I had heard that the customer service wasn't very good. Out of the three, only one replied, that was Jovi Mirkovic from DKN and he was brilliant from start to finish. He kept me updated and even managed to get it to me before Christmas. I asked his opinion on whether as a beginner on treadmills do I go for the expensive or slightly cheaper, he recommended the cheaper one, so I jumped at it. Thanking him for his honesty.”

“I need a part as my grandson while lowering the seat lost a screw in to the body of the bike. An email to DKN, resulted in a reply with part details & payment link. I recieved the part the next day. Well done DKN!”

“They have no customer service to talk. All done via email and text chat which they seem to ignore for weeks at a time. Also, if ever someone buys from them as a gift, they won't honour the warranty. Literally the worst fitness equipment company I have dealt with.”

“I’ve have the AM-3i for the past 3 years and now it’s has developed a fault where when powering on the motor inside is constantly spinning and will not stop. I’ve tried to contact support via phone no joy, just an automated messaging saying they are busy. Sent two emails to support and no reply. Their customer service is a joke. Product itself was great for the past 3 years but has since broken and need support and cannot get through to anyone.”

“purchased numerous pieces of equipment from DKN and all delivered on time . on unpacking and installing we found a running machine to be faulty, on contacting Dkn it took months for them to send an engineer out .when he arrived the part which was sent to fix it was the wrong one .The eng advised he will take this part with him a get the right piece ordered . That was last year still not had the machine fixed .Now Dkn say it is out of warranty .We are taking this matter further ! Customer service is an absolute joke at this company i would advise anybody to look elsewhere for there fitness equipment .With a reputable company this machine would have been replaced by now or a refund given .Not these disgusting service would never use them again .”
