“Excellent price compared to other retailers. Easily swapped the supplied horizontal drain for a vertical one just with an email. Expected delivery within 5/7 working days but actually arrived within a couple of days from ordering online. Very pleased.”

“Excellent service from DKB! Would highly recommend buying from them. Their service has been outstanding and I was kept up to date throughout on the progress of my order, even to the point of delivery via UPS. The product is excellent quality and has far exceeded my expectations. The build quality of the bin is excellent, very sturdy and great value for money when looking at other similar products on the market that are 3-times the price! Highly recommend this product.”

“Very fast delivery even during the pandemic, prompt customer service and offered a replacement for an item that would be delayed otherwise. Good quality items (bath, bottle trap, toilet roll holder) and great prices. Can’t recommend enough!”

“Dudley Pebble flush plate ordered to replace one I installed about 5 years ago. The old one wasn't working too well. DKB price is less than I paid for my old plate over 5 years ago. It was delivered on time and not excessively packaged. Now installed and working perfectly. Thank you.”
