“Competitive price and great service! Responded in good time to my email query about delivery with details of Next Day delivery. DX Express kept me informed from when they collected the parcel right the way through to delivery. They gave me a 2hr delivery slot but I had to go out at short notice. I left a note for Aaron their driver and he left the parcel exactly in the safe place I asked him to. Very pleased with the whole experience, thank you.”

“The original order (a double shower toiletries dispenser never arrived thanks to a glitch with yodel). DKB elegance sent another one via Post Office without quibble. I am very pleased with the dispenser and extremely impressed with the way DKB elegance dealt with the problem. That’s what I call customer service!”

“Using a new to me company for the first time there is always a slight risk, But I have to say my experience was fantastic , the item a Miller foot rest was delivered the following day very well packaged even down to writing on the box showing the location of the screws, (they are hidden at one end) Great service.”

“first seen in hotel Hampton in Bournemouth and fell in love with them, moved house soon after returning home and ordered them as soon as we moved in, simple to install and wonderful to use, we now have a treble in the shower and a single in the bathroom and one in the kitchen, worth every penny”
