“I must admit it is refreshing in this day and age to find a company that does exactly what it promises .I purchased items for my new bathroom from DKB Elegance.and from placing my order online to receiving the goods the service can only be described as excellent There communication in respect to delivery dispatch and keeping me up to date on the progress of my delivery was great .My bathroom items arrived exactly on time as stated.Well packed and no damages .I highly recommend this company .And I shall certainly be using them for any future products that I shall require Well done to all concerned.at DKB Elegance Regards Elizabeth.”

“Excellent service with knowledgeable staff. Had spent ages trying to find the correct replacement fitting for my WC via the internet, one company sent me the wrong item and most out of stock. Rang DKB spoke to male staff member who knew what I was after and identified the order number. Item arrived the next day within 24 hours after call. The right item and packaged well. Well done DKB will use again”
