“It was not shown how the tal fixes onto the sink. With my 40mm work top and double butler sink the screw thread fitting was too short. I had to order a new part at a cost of £20. Supply more details with your products! Arrived quickly..in a Budweiser beer box.”

“Delighted that your staff member was so helpful and knowledgeable. I had previously ordered a pullout basket set from Amazon which, although stated on box was to fit a 300 mm wide cupboard, clearly did not. As our kitchen fitter had called especially to fit this set, we were very disappointed with the Amazon seller. However, what a delight to be reassured by your staff! After talking with her on the phone, we felt confident that your unit would fit - which it did, of course! Good quality product, excellent staff support and prompt delivery - even to N Ireland! Many thanks!”

“I am not a plumber, but I found the unit easy to fit. The push fit pipe connections were new to me but easy to install and incredibly do not leak. The unit is easy to service in situe, can't fault it. The people at DBK elegance were really helpful, fast delivery, all parts present. I had one query and they responded immediately. No problems.”

“Good product selection, good service and swift delivery. Outer packaging was a recycled beer box - commendable that they are recycling but a bit unusual! Once outer packaging opened up product was well packaged in the original Miller packaging so all good in the end.”

“Chose a Carron bath low level to assist my disabled wife and quality seems good with discounted price. Couple of hiccups with delivery coming the day after scheduled date mainly due to third party supplier also one of the handle securing nuts was defective so asked for replacement.”

“I personally would not pay £200 for this cooker hood. For something from Bosch I would have expected better quality. And it is very loud even on the lowest setting. Better to look at the one from screwfix”

“Ordered in error the wrong orientation. They didn't actually jave the right hand one that I needed and wouldn't refund in spite of the fact it was new and untouched. Great shame...this will be a total waste of £200.”

You contacted us 12 weeks after receiving the panel. Our policy states that we don’t take goods back after 28 days of receipt, but we did offer to arrange collection and part refund at the time as it fell within the 3 month returns time limit of the supplier. Yes it was certainly a shame, and we are sorry that we couldn't provide the resolution that you wanted on this occasion.
