“Thank you so much for the speedy delivery of an excellent product, which is also brilliant value. The customer service was excellent, and the product very securely wrapped. This is the third toilet seat I’ve bought for my bathroom loo in 4 years, the previous two had flimsy cheap plastic fittings and never felt ‘safe’...... despite costing more than this one. “Very fast delivery even during the pandemic, prompt customer service and offered a replacement for an item that would be delayed otherwise. Good quality items (bath, bottle trap, toilet roll holder) and great prices. Can’t recommend enough!”

“Dudley Pebble flush plate ordered to replace one I installed about 5 years ago. The old one wasn't working too well. DKB price is less than I paid for my old plate over 5 years ago. It was delivered on time and not excessively packaged. Now installed and working perfectly. Thank you.”
