“I was mortified when I dropped one of my bottles and it smashed and didn’t know if I’d be able to get a replacement so was thrilled to find them on your website. I ordered two just in case another one got broken! They came really quickly and very well packaged. All in all a brilliant service, thanks.”

“Sink waste pipe- the ball which is supposed to keep the plug up is not sitting proud enough so the plug is always down and the water does not drain away. Not impressed for a new item.”
