“Product price was good. I ordered cooker hood and recirculating filter. The filters were unboxed and put in with the cooker hood box to save sending 2 packages or using an even bigger box. One of the filters was lightly damaged in transit, I superglued the piece that was damaged back in place. The order status and update process needs work. I had to email sales to find out when my product was due to ship.”

“I purchased a Carron Phoenix sink and mixer tap from DKB Elegance. Their prices were very competitive and the goods were delivered well packaged and undamaged exactly when stated. “I purchased a smedbo freestanding loo roll holder and DKB had the best online price I could find, they delivered very quickly and the packaging was very good, ie not masses of unnecessary bubble wrap or cardboard to dispose of. Would recommend.”
