“Service first class unfortunately could not get squeegee blade holder detached due to 2 screws seized however managed to cut blade t o insert not dkb fault”

“I needed to purchase a bathroom fan and wanted to replace like for like. The staff at DKB confirmed this model was still available and advised that if I ordered on line I could get a discount. I placed my order online and received the unit which was well protected and within 3 days. Excellent service”

“We first bought the unit which holds these bottles about 30 years ago, so the design has changed quite a bit! However, the new bottles are similar enough to the old ones (which have simply worn out in all that time) to be a reasonable replacement. Delivery time was longer than ideal, but then these aren't ideal times and we have no complaints. If the new bottles last as long as the old ones, we will be veyr happy!”
