“They don’t seem to have the items in stock that I required even though they are on website for sale. Waited 2 weeks for one and cancelled the other as never came in when they said it would. However the do reply to mail and the phone.”

“Very helpful on the phone. I was told why the item I was buying was priced at the upper end of the cost for similar items (a corner extractor hood). Now I've got it, the reasons given were not exaggerated. It is a quality item. What I was told were the adavantages of it are all exactly as I was told. My experience is the opinion given by DKB can be trusted. Straight answers were given to straight questions, no sales waffle.”
