“Competitively priced. Very straightforward ordering process and informative site. I felt there wasn't enough information about delivery time/tracking at time of ordering but once I'd phoned with my enquiry, this was clarified and the appliance was delivered the following day, just 5 days after ordering. As yet we are still in the process of fitting the appliance but it looks exactly as it should. It was well packaged and safely delivered (despite the delivery man taking no notice of the arrows on the box!). I would certainly recommend DKB and consider them in the future.”
