“Chose a Carron bath low level to assist my disabled wife and quality seems good with discounted price. Couple of hiccups with delivery coming the day after scheduled date mainly due to third party supplier also one of the handle securing nuts was defective so asked for replacement.”

“I personally would not pay £200 for this cooker hood. For something from Bosch I would have expected better quality. And it is very loud even on the lowest setting. Better to look at the one from screwfix”

“Ordered in error the wrong orientation. They didn't actually jave the right hand one that I needed and wouldn't refund in spite of the fact it was new and untouched. Great shame...this will be a total waste of £200.”

You contacted us 12 weeks after receiving the panel. Our policy states that we don’t take goods back after 28 days of receipt, but we did offer to arrange collection and part refund at the time as it fell within the 3 month returns time limit of the supplier. Yes it was certainly a shame, and we are sorry that we couldn't provide the resolution that you wanted on this occasion.

“I recently bought quite a few Miller bathroom fittings from DKB Elegance. The price was good and I was kept updated at all times about the progress of my order. I received the items promptly. One of the items was damaged - not as a result of the packaging, which was excellent. The company were super efficient and requested a new one which I received directly from Miller very quickly. Excellent company to deal with. 5 stars”

“Excellent service and very quick to answer any questions. Thought postage was a little pricey but when it arrived I could see why. Very well packaged to make sure product arrived safely. All genuine parts and installation instructions enclosed. Would highly recommend.”

“DKB Elegance supplied a cistern push button that was in stock at a price that was better than others. Many suppliers did not stock the push button item, although they had the discharge valve - difficult to understand as they go together. Well done DKB!”
