“Items were cheaper than anywhere else and had a very acceptable free gift as well. Communication was very good, dispatch and delivery (next day at no cost) excellent. Parcels Well packed and all went together easily. Question I had was dealt with quickly and satisfactorily and in a nice manner.”

“We just received our new KAM Gobostars, which are excellent by the way, we put our order in and the lights arrived within 48 hours and in the correct time slot. Good experience will use this site again. Only thing I would say is can you let me know when the white version of the lights come in please we have been waiting on them for a while. Thanks”

“The staff really know their stuff which is a great help. Telling them what im after they came up with multiple solutions and even disguarded my own ideas as they knew it wasnt practical for me (which I think is really impressive). Rather than sell me anything they took the time to explain pro's and con's. Love visiting the store and hope to be there again soon.”

“I ordered an ADJ Warlock and it was delivered super quick and at a fantastic price, better than any of the competition. Unfortunately, part of the mounting bracket was damaged, but these guys got straight onto the manufacturer to arrange a replacement part. Communication was swift and super friendly. Thank you”

“The firm posted a video on YouTube demonstrating the amplifier our choir were considering buying. I contacted the firm and they provided a quote so our committee could accept. The order was placed over the phone and it arrived a couple of days later. We have used it and it ticks all the boxes. I think the company are very helpful and try hard to offer top class service and delivery. The product does what it says on the packet. Thanks”

“A joy to do business with. Genuine guys who know their stuff, I would not hesitate to recommend. Have a good shop around elsewhere but I'm sure you'll choose Phase One in the end and save yourself time the next time!.
