“Ordered an item for next day delivery if ordered before 3pm , ordered before 11am. Item not dispatched. Only ordered from there because of next day even though was a little more expensive. On the plus side cancelled the order after failing to receive and got an immediate refund”

Hi David, i am sorry we were not able to deliver quick enough in this instance. Usually we are much quicker, but in the week between Christmas and New Year, we are not able to offer next-day service on all items. I am sorry this was not made clearer at the point of ordering

I have only used the light Once , however I had purchased 2 of these lights before and o purchased this light as a replacement as One of The Equinox Fusion 140 Moving Heads is not working and requires to be repaired. Phase 1 themselves Provide an Absolutely Excellent Prompt Delivery Service through DPD which arrived the day after the purchase .
