“Phase One is a fantastic, one stop shop for all Dj requirements. Price wise they are highly competitive, matching and normally beating other online retailers, while offering service levels second to none. I have always received great advice and support when deciding on equipment from enthusiastic staff who have the client at heart every time. I won't use any other DJ retailer as Phase One are simply the best!”

“Fantastic customer service , from the first call to the goods being delivered ... THE NEXT Day! Mike and the team @ Phase One just know what they are doing if you have query after sales, pick the phone up and talk to the team they will always advise and sort you out. First Rate Customer Service Excellent Product Knowledge Best Price Very Fast Delivery And a great cup of Tea if your in the area .... who could ask for more Phase One, Keep up the good work Dave Dee”

“I got a phone call the same day I placed the order to say that the product I ordered was discontinued. I was offered a better product for the same price which was then delivered the next morning! There isn't anything they could have done better.”

“Couldn't be happier with these products, I definitely wouldnt go anywhere else! Decent price at a outstanding quality. I would recommend this place to anyone.
