“I recently purchased the EquiEquinox DJ Booth MKII Overhead Kit from Phase One, and as always, they were brilliant. I prefer to buy from them whenever possible, even though I could have found it cheaper elsewhere. I reached out, and Mike matched the price – deal done! Delivery was fast as usual, arriving the next day. Unfortunately, one of the end caps was damaged in transit, but Mike quickly resolved it by getting a replacement sent out. I can't praise this team highly enough – Mike, in particular, is outstanding at handling questions, queries, and resolving issues. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would!”

“Ordered on a Monday was delivered on the Tuesday Very fast delivery Did have a few parts missing so rang spoke to Mike and sorted it out for me was a manufacturer mistake but was rectified the next few days so did manage to use then the weekend after they was delivered Will be ordering from phase one again soon Many thanks to Mike & the team”

“Called up Mike to ask questions about the Helix XP 150w Gobo flower on a couple of occasions, these were answered politely and informatively. On the last call decided to buy over the phone and just managed the last carrier service of the day. Item arrived next day as per DPD notifications. Well pleased with the service and the light is awesome, will definitely return here if I decide to buy another. Thank You ⚡️🙂”

“After watching Mike's Youtube video displaying a light I called the shop to ask a couple of questions. Mike was very helpful and I made the purchase. Delivery was next day. Product is great. If this shop ever stocks anything I want to buy I just buy from them, so easy.”

“I bought four items from Mike including an Alto Busker Battery PA, a pair of speaker stands, and two padded bags. All the way through the order process, Mike was very helpful and supportive, giving excellent customer service. “Excellent product which replaces an existing 1000W filament lamp and gives the same or more light. Delivered very quickly and reliably. What I like about this product is that it 'remembers' the settings, so we do not have to access the back panel each time it is turned on at the mains supply.”
