“I don't know about you, but I'm *SICK* of repeatedly being asked for a bloody review every ten minutes. I don't owe you anything. I've purchased goods, and I've paid the requested amount for them. That's it. I wouldn't use Phase One again just because of the constant badgering for reviews.”

“These guys go the extra mile. They matched the price of another retailer, fully demonstrated the equipment and, when a cable was missing from the package, resolved the issue immediately. Phase One doesn't forget about you after you leave the store. They keep supporting you so you can keep gigging. In a time when others shift boxes, they give outstanding service.”

“With in minutes of receiving the promo email I purchased two eLumen8 Kudos Cyclone 12 x 10W RGBW Moving Head which arrived with in 72 hours saving me a whopping £650. A quality piece of kit The only criticism I do have is that is the sound quality of some of the promotional Videos on YouTube is poor and consideration should be given to sorting out a Mic. Thank you so much for the opportunity of buying this class product.”

“Very efficient, quick and knowledgeable. I wanted a more expensive light and the staff suggested a cheeper one that did the same for much less. The equipment was shipped and came quickly. I'll use them again !!”

“Buying the equipment was the easy part, getting them to collect it because it was not working correctly has been the problem, Having waited in now for a day and a half, and still no sign of a collection,despite being given times by the driver!”
