“Great service from Phase One, highly recommended company. The Gigbar is a game changer for mobile DJ's. Neatly packaged, with a brilliant light show to cater for all types of events. The added wireless footswitch and remote control are a great feature. All this for under £400; a bargain for this professional looking kit.”

“I found the staff extremely helpful and very polite. I firstly telephoned with an enquiry and nothing was too much trouble and the information was freely given and other recommendations for the product. I then phoned back to buy the portable pa system. It was dealt with very quickly. The product was delivered as promised the following day and free of charge. I will certainly come back should I need any further goods. Wendy”

“Good service and fast delivery. Product seems good quality and reasonably priced. The box - inside a plastic bag for delivery was quite badly damaged, and power supply seems quite flimsy.”

“Very efficient, my order was processed by a chap who was still at home and prior to his breakfast. Goods arrived within 2 working days and I was sent an e-mail informing me what time the courier would be turning up. All in all a very good transaction.”

“Can't fault the ease of ordering, quality of service or the level of Dales information provided (the YouTube demo's really do set the store apart). If I had one minor gripe it would be that, on purchasining two inno pocket spot pearls I was advise to buy a remote, which I did, despite one being contained in each box (so I now have 3). Only a fiver, but a little heads up would have been nice.”
