“Good products, reasonable prices. I ordered 3 items, the 2 smaller items came via a courier that emailed me with precise details of when they would arrive - I waited in, they arrived on time, excellent. But the larger item was coming direct from the supplier using a different courier with no indication of when it would arrive. The day I waited in only the smaller items arrived, the next day I had to go out, and got back to a missed delivery note. I eventually managed to get hold of the courier and rearrange delivery, but it was a bit of a nuisance. If possible could DIY Doctor ask their suppliers to use couriers that provide tracking info? Other than that no issues and would definitely shop with DIY Doctor again.”

“Excellent service . Having ordered liquids was concerned about packaging but was very impressed on receipt . Must also comment on your communications which were prompt informative and very polite . hugely impressed.”

We are very sorry for the delay in getting your products to you. We had been informed by our courier (Fedex) that this order was delivered on Tuesday last week (22nd March). We will contact their customer service team tomorrow (Monday) as soon as they open to find out what has gone wrong. Thank you for your patience.

We hope that this issue has now been resolved - we have asked our couriers to ensure that the post a card through the door if they ever leave deliveries with neighbours in future.

Thank you for your feedback. If I understand you, you are saying that the product was too expensive. We do try very hard to ensure that our products are competitive but there are occasions where we cannot match the prices particularly when some stores are clearing stock. We will take you concerns to the manufacturers who ultimately govern the prices that we can charge.

“Fantastic Service . I ordered a tube of Silicone Remover on line and it was delivered next day. I would highly recommend using DIY Doctor you can see clearly what they sell and much easier than trailing round the isles of DIY stores. Excellent and will defiantly use again.”

“I am most of the way through a renovation project and wish I had have known about DIY doctor before I started - loads cheaper than both Screwfix and Tool Station, much wider choice of kit and arrived on time and exactly as described. Would not hesitate to use again.”

“Great little book that covers a very wide range of jobs, that will be of interest to any homeowner. The book is split into two parts, the first covering basics such as tools, electrics, plumbing, brickwork etc and the second is a step-by-step guide for useful projects. Throughout the book are boxed areas with tips and insights, which should help making decisions and avoiding costly mistakes. As a keen DIYer, I dip in and out of the various sections and take what I need, but there is plenty of information for all levels and you certainly pick up some great tips and ideas. The only thing that would make this book better for me, would be to make it even bigger!”
